At Olive and Ash, our main goal is to best serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
We ask that you please carefully look over your order as soon as you receive it.
Here is a list of the rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email or a credit applied to your account. We cannot issue any other type of refund.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that you received the item according to order tracking.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- All accessories, scarves and jewelry are considered FINAL SALE
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include your return form and original receipt (Please mark the item you are returning).
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
- If an item is received after the 14-day policy or we find signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reject the return and deduct a restocking fee or issue no credit at all. If the return is rejected or requires a restocking fee and you want the item back, you must pay the shipping back to you.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you cannot locate a delivery, we recommend that you check all of your entrances, any outbuildings and with neighbors. Then contact your local UPS and check with your local USPS post office.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
